Capgemini India has various offices in India with various learning and development centers at every location. Whenever the drive is held in colleges for the on-campus pool drive or off-campus pool drive, every selected candidate is given the locations to joined at any part of India as per there requirements.
Below is the list of locations where Training is provided by Capgemini :

The process of Capgemini for giving locations totally depends on the requirement of projects and the domain you are trained on, so there is no particular process. They randomly send the Freshers to those locations in which projects are available and you will get calls for the projects, you need to clear the interviews to join the projects.
