What is the salary package provided by Capgemini to freshers?

The salary in Capgemini varies whether you are campus hired or off-campus. Secondly, if you are an engineering graduate then your pay is a bit higher than those with B.Sc(IT) and BCA degree or any other Bachelor degrees.

For Freshers from BSC-IT and BCA or other Diploma and bachelor degree holders your package will be somewhere between 2 lakh – 2.20 lakh CTC
And for fresher from Engineering background our package will be somewhere between 2.30 lakh – 2.60 lakh CTC.

Where is the location of training in Capgemini, India?

If you are hired from campus, then there is nothing fix on where would be your training location, like for me and my batch mates (all of them hired from campus) it was Pune. The Training location and the Job Location would completely depend on Requirements of the Company. Mumbai ,Pune and Chennai are the famous training centres for Capgemini.

What is the salary package provided by Capgemini to BCA freshers?

In Capgemini, BCA Freshers package is somewhere between 2 lakh – 2.15 lakh CTC.

What is the salary package provided by Capgemini during the training period?

In Capgemini, whatever salary is decided in Agreement and Offer letter by Capgemini you will receive the same amount during training and after training which is the best part of the Capgemini.

Is Capgemini bond applicable during training period?

For Bachelor degree holders such as BCA and BSC , the bond is of 1.50 lakh and duration is of 2 years and for engineering students the bond is of 2 lakh and duration is of 2 years

What is the Capgemini training process? What are the time periods and stages of the training?

Well, I am going through this phase. I am from BCA (IT Background) and because of bachelor degree got Selenium Automation Testing domain and not Development. Training period is of  3 months and they have scheduled it for 5 units .

Each unit is of 100 marks:
Assignments: 15 marks – in this you are supposed to solve assignments for each chapter. Assignments will be given in books
Theory Objective Test : 15 marks (40 marks test will be there they convert that to 15)
Practical test or Open book test: 70 marks – In this you are supposed to write codes.
These 100 marks they convert into 5 marks and conversation scale is :

Below 60 : fail (you have one more chance to attempt the test and this is last chance. if you failed twice then you will throw out)
60 to 70 : 2 marks out of 5.
70 to 80 : 3 marks
80 to 90 : 4 marks
90 to 100 : 5 marks
So like these 5 tests will contribute 25 marks out of 100 . For Remaining 75 marks they will conduct final objective test (L1 Test). This test consists of 75 objective questions.

Now To qualify for job which will not at all related to your whole training you need to get minimum 60 marks. So for non It background students they need to work hard. This is going to be tough but just go with the flow. If you sincerely follow this schedule then u will definitely clear this exams.

What is training Schedule of Capgemini of Freshers during 3 months training?

Daily Schedule during training period is  : 8 am to 7 pm
8.00 am- 9 am : solve assignments
9 to 10.30 : lecture
10.30 to 11 : break
11 to 12.30 : lecture
12.30 to 1:30 : break
1.30 to 3 : lecture
3 to 7 : write codes , solve assignments , practice for tests.
