Accountabilities :

• Execute KYC tasks in accordance with established procedures for Client Due Diligence and AML policies.
• Monitor real-time transaction flows, trade updates, and exception queues to ensure accurate and timely trade representation across systems.
• Address issues related to incident, problem, and change management to enhance services across the bank.
• Support the continuous improvement of operational processes and the development of best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance systems and workflows.
• Assist with cleared derivatives by performing daily reconciliations of related fees and managing a variety of complex customer and product-related processing tasks.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
