Key Responsibility :

• Monitor Fiber Cuts & Other OSP faults
• Ensure close liaison with different agencies on OSP routes ( NHA/Municipal corporation , PWD etc)
• Ensure dark fiber health
• Ensure repair & return of faulty hardware
• Comply to fiber force app tasks( Patroller Attendance, efficiency & trip management)
• Undertake route survey for new connectives
• Acceptance testing for AT assigned to Ops
• Periodic Maintenance Test of OSP routes as per schedule
• Ensure fiber readiness for new projects, B2B & MNG
• Patching & tapping for B2B, MNG & homes work orders
